Teleperformance is Hiring || Trainer: Banking Process

Location: Gurgaon (94-95)Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be given preference.

Key Requirements

Experience in Training & Development, preferably in the BFSI or Sales ProcessDeliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher training as required.Ensure employees develop a strong understanding of process guidelines, business requirements, and customer handling techniques.Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate coaching and improvement plans.Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and maintain process standards.Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support employees in achieving business objectives.Candidate Requirements:Relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in a BPO/contact centre environment.Candidates with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Sales Processes will be preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.Strong coaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
