- Deliver onboarding, product, process, and customer service training.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and practical learning activities.
- Evaluate trainees' knowledge, readiness, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to client procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate coaching and refresher sessions.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to drive employee performance.Requirements
- Previous experience as a Trainer in a BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong coaching, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to assess performance and adapt training methods to different learning styles.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting banking, credit cards, loans, payments, or financial services accounts.
- Knowledge of financial services processes, compliance, and customer data protection.
