This is a rare opportunity for someone with strong field experience who has a heart for helping children grow ; to help build a new direction in learning performance, cognitive development, and academic excellence.Our programmes bring together cognitive training, critical and creative thinking, and academic learning. Through our SMARTWAVE approach, we work on skills such as attention, working memory, reasoning and emotional regulation.Your roleYou will work directly with students and guide parents through their child’s learning journey.
- Deliver engaging individual and small-group training sessions.
- Adapt activities to students’ abilities, learning needs and progress.
- Help students connect cognitive and thinking skills to reading, problem-solving and schoolwork.
- Build students’ confidence, motivation and positive learning habits.
- Conduct parent consultations to understand concerns and explain suitable programmes.
- Handle programme enquiries, follow up with prospective families and support enrolment.
- Track student progress, maintain clear records and provide constructive parent updates.
- Collaborate with the team to improve lessons and the overall learning experience.Who we’re looking for
- A diploma or degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development or a related discipline.
- Experience in teaching, enrichment, training or educational consultation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents.
- A patient, encouraging and observant approach to working with different learners.
- Confidence in explaining programme value and recommending options based on each child’s needs.

Consultant and thought partnerSomeone who can engage parents credibly, understand and interpret children’s learning challenges, and guide recommendations with confidence and clarity.2. Programme architect and TrainerSomeone who can help design and develop a comprehensive programme framework for TBA’s new direction in learning performance, cognitive development, and academic excellence.This role is ideal for someone who is commercially aware, academically grounded, and able to translate educational insight into structured programmes that deliver meaningful outcomes.Training will be given, those without the experience but with the passion will also be given the opportunity.Key responsibilities· Serve as a senior consultant in engaging parents and interpreting children’s learning needs· Work closely with leadership to shape TBA’s market positioning, offer structure, and growth direction· Support the development of training standards, delivery frameworks, and team capability· Create programme materials, implementation guides, and quality standards for scalable delivery· Contribute to thought leadership, workshops, talks, or educational content where relevant· Ensure programmes are aligned with real-world school performance, learning confidence, and functional outcomesIdeal candidate profile :We are looking for someone with: · Significant experience in education, learning support, cognitive intervention, educational psychology,curriculum development, or academic programme leadership· Strong understanding of how issues in attention, working memory, processing, language, reasoning,and executive functioning affect school performance· Proven ability to develop structured programmes, frameworks, or intervention pathways· Experience engaging parents and explaining children’s learning challenges in a clear, credible, andactionable way· Strong professional judgement, strategic thinking, and programme design capability· The ability to bridge research, practice, and commercial relevance· Passion for helping children who are trying hard but not thriving in conventional academic modelsMust be able to work on weekends. 5 days work but day off are in the weekdays.
