Trainer – Fall Protection Training | Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the RoleOur client, a leader in the safety and industrial solutions industry, is looking for a Trainer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.In this role, you will report to the Training Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.The ideal candidate will bring strong training delivery experience, solid technical safety knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training programs to customers across the regionCoordinate with internal teams to support training delivery and business objectivesPlan, organize, and evaluate training courses to ensure effective deliveryDevelop new training materials and programs in line with regulatory requirementsMaintain training documentation and internal knowledge systemsProvide technical consultation and support customized training solutionsSupport audits, site assessments, and customer surveysEnsure compliance with Health & Safety policies and quality standardsRepresent the organization at client meetings, seminars, and industry eventsHandle technical queries and assist with quotations and tendersMonitor regulatory updates and adapt training programs accordinglyEnsure compliance with accreditation and certification requirementsSupport risk assessments and operational safety processesTravel within the Middle East and internationally as requiredAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in training delivery or technical instructionStrong knowledge of working at height, confined spaces, and safety proceduresCertifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferredExperience with fall protection systems and PPE inspectionExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skillsProficient in MS Office and digital reporting toolsPhysically fit and comfortable working at heights if requiredWillingness to travel extensivelyFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
