Trainer - skincare

The Trainer is responsible for preparing and undertaking retail and technical training to clients and customers on the brands in the Company’s skincare portfolio.Responsibilities1. Travel and conduct training in the UAE and GCC region.2. Deliver group and individual coaching, covering all aspects of the Products including sales, customer service, product knowledge, brand training 3. Visit departments/periodically and deliver on-the-job coaching to the staff following their initial orientation and induction learning sessions as and when required4. Evaluate effectiveness of the training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods5. Lead, motivate and train all the employees as and when required6. Maintain high standards of professionalism and groomingQualificationsCertification with one of the following: CIDESCO VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 NVQ City & Guilds Somatology degree/certification
