The team values professionalism, learner-centric instruction, and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.Role Description The Trainer role at Veranda RACE is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. Trainers will deliver classroom sessions for Bank, SSC, and TNPSC exam preparation, including explaining concepts, solving practice questions, and guiding learners through exam strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating or updating teaching materials, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring learner performance through tests and assignments. Trainers will also provide constructive feedback, maintain a disciplined and supportive learning environment, and collaborate with academic coordinators to refine course content. Participation in faculty meetings, training workshops, and curriculum reviews is expected to ensure consistent instructional quality.Qualifications Strong subject knowledge in areas relevant to Bank, SSC, and TNPSC exams (such as quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, and general awareness).Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, preferably in competitive exam coaching or similar academic settings.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.Ability to design and use structured lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments to support learner progress.Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.Proficiency in using basic digital tools for preparing content, tracking performance, and coordinating with the academic team.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, commerce, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.Prior experience in coaching for Bank, SSC, or PSC exams is highly desirable.
