Training & Change Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop stakeholder map, change-impact assessment and adoption plan. Create communication calendar and readiness activities across user groups. Design role-based training for business users, administrators and support teams. Coordinate bilingual training materials, quick guides and recorded sessions. Deliver/facilitate onsite training and track attendance/competency. Measure adoption issues during pilot and hypercare and drive corrective enablement.Required experience & Skills• Strong enterprise change-management and training experience. • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement. • Experience producing structured learning materials for digital systems. • Ability to work onsite in the UAE. • Strong written English; Arabic capability highly desirable.Preferred:• Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent change certification. • Government transformation experience
