ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Training and Development to own the planning and execution of 12 successful Financial Planning Academies per yearOwn all National Training Program and ongoing training coordination for all incoming full-time and intern financial advisorsReport results to leadership, resolve technology issues for candidates, and follow up on all candidate issues during trainingServe as a general training and developmental resource for new advisorsCreate and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to new advisor developmentWork with leadership on ad hoc projects to drive performanceAct as secondary business coach as capacity requiresBring a mindset of continuous improvement, streamlining processes and proactively solving training issues as part of overall office best practicesPreferred Attributes:A natural organizer who thrives managing multiple moving pieces and deadlines at onceClear, warm communication skills, comfortable reporting up to leadership and coaching advisors directlyA proactive problem solver who spots friction points before they become bottlenecksDesire to develop people and contribute to their successComfort operating in a fast paced, metrics driven environmentPrevious experience in education and/or facilitation
