Training & Knowledge Transfer Lead

Develop and deliver certified AI training courses, workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, recorded content, training materials and completion records, and recommend ongoing capability development.Mandatory Requirement:1.Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in technical training design and delivery. 2 At least 200 hours of instructor-led training delivered to professional or executive audiences. 3 At least 3 curricula designed and delivered on AI, data or digital topics. 4 Accreditation to deliver at least one recognised certified AI, data or digital training programme, or the demonstrated ability to secure such accreditation before mobilisation. 5 Experience delivering to mixed audiences from executive to technical practitioner level. 6 Experience producing recorded and e-learning-ready content compatible with learning management systems. 7 Fluent written and spoken English.Responsibility:Conduct a training-needs assessment and define learning pathways for executive, managerial, technical, operational and governance audiences. • Produce the Training, Knowledge Transfer and Capacity-Building Plan covering audiences, objectives, topics, delivery methods, schedule, trainers, learning outcomes, assessment approach and materials. • Deliver a minimum of 3 certified AI training courses with completion certificates, sized for approximately 30 participants per session, delivered at Client premises. • Support delivery of a minimum of 4 stakeholder workshops, at least 2 of which are externally hosted for up to 100 attendees. • Ensure curriculum coverage of AI strategy and transformation; AI readiness and maturity; generative and agentic AI; use case identification and prioritisation; AI governance and Responsible AI; data governance and AI data readiness; target architecture and AI platforms; cybersecurity, privacy and AI risk; AI implementation and operationalisation; KPI measurement and benefits realisation; and sustainable AI adoption. • Produce all training materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, reference materials, templates and recorded content. • Maintain attendance records, participant feedback, assessment results and completion records.
