The role supports County personnel through the design and delivery of leadership development programs, staff training initiatives, coaching engagements, and workforce development efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities.Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.Support succession planning and career development initiatives when included within task order requirements.Mentor and coach program managers, project managers, and staff on leadership best practices.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseProject Management Professional (PMP) ®Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)Leadership development and executive coaching expertise.Curriculum design, instructional development, and training program management experience.Classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.Organizational development, mentoring, and succession planning knowledge.Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to engage executive leadership and large organizational audiences.About TeleSolv:Join the TeleSolv Team on our mission to provide quality and unparalleled service to our clients.
