About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training & Performance Management to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing training and development initiatives, performance management processes, employee development plans, and HR systems to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multinational organizations, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of training, performance management, and HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and implement annual training and development plans based on business and employee needs.Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills and competency gaps across different departments.Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning activities.Manage the end-to-end training cycle, including scheduling, nominations, attendance, evaluations, and training records.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System.Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion across all departments.Support managers and employees in setting SMART objectives and KPIs.Monitor performance evaluation results and identify development opportunities.Prepare performance management reports, dashboards, and analysis for management.Support the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).Maintain accurate employee training and performance records within HR systems.Utilize HR systems and ERP platforms to manage employee data, training, and performance-related processes.Ensure HR practices and processes are aligned with company policies and best practices.Prepare regular reports and presentations related to training and performance management.Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads, and managers to address employee development and performance needs.Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to training and performance management.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or a related HR function.Experience working with multinational companies is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Candidates with degrees in Finance, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields may also be considered, provided they have relevant HR experience.Strong hands-on experience with ERP/HR systems, such as:SAPOracle360-degree Performance Management SystemsMenaitech / MENA HR systemsStrong understanding of training and development practices and performance management processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.EducationA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.Graduates from international universities or King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) are preferred.Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are particularly interested in candidates who have:Experience within multinational organizations.Strong exposure to structured Training & Development and Performance Management frameworks.Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, 360-degree performance systems, and MENA/HR systems.Strong English communication skills.Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.The ability to work collaboratively with senior management and employees at different organizational levels.What We OfferA professional and collaborative working environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Exposure to strategic HR initiatives.The opportunity to contribute to organizational and employee development.Interested candidates are invited to apply and join our team.#Hiring #TrainingAndDevelopment #PerformanceManagement #HRJobs #HumanResources #LearningAndDevelopment #TalentManagement #SaudiArabia #HR #Recruitment #LinkedInJobs
