Training and Development Manager

We're hiring Training and Development Manager (Food & Beverage sector )The company:It is a Saudi-based hospitality and food & beverage company established in 2010. It specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and creating high-quality dining and customer experiences. The company also has a strong focus on events, celebrations, and catering services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (multi-branch travel may be required)Reports to: Brand Development ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver on-boarding programs for new hiresDevelop and maintain SOPs and training manuals for brand standardsRoll out training for new menu items and service standardsConduct training needs assessments across branchesCoach and evaluate staff performance against brand standardsTrack training KPIs (completion, performance, retention impact)Manage food safety/HACCP certification tracking for staffEnsure consistent brand execution across all Restaurants locationsKey Requirements3–5+ years' experience in F&B training & developmentStrong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skillsExperience building SOPs and training materials from scratchBilingual Arabic/English requiredWorking knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH and BOH)Food safety/HACCP certification is a plus
