This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support employee performance and career growth. The role involves conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, delivering workshops and learning sessions, and coordinating external training resources when needed. The Training and Development Manager will track training outcomes, maintain learning records, and collaborate with department leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. The role also includes continuously improving training content and methods to ensure they reflect best practices and support Landcultureng’s standards of excellence.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Employee Learning & Development.Candidates should possess skills in Training and Employee Training.Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design.Strong ability to assess training needs, design curricula, and measure learning outcomes.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Proven experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within real estate or a related industry.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in L&D are an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
