Training and Development Manager

This role will be responsible for driving field training strategy and execution, partnering closely with Operations and HR to build leadership capability, improve restaurant performance, and ensure consistent training and certification standards across locations.Key areas of responsibility:

• Lead training execution across a multi-unit restaurant operation
• Design, implement, and continuously improve restaurant and field training programs
• Partner with Operations and HR to identify capability gaps and develop action plans
• Lead and coach a team of Field Training Specialists and training/content professionals
• Support leadership development and succession planning
• Lead training for new restaurant openings and franchise onboarding
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and performance data
• Support product launches and other operational initiatives
• Travel approximately 25% domesticallyWhat we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive restaurant or retail operations experience
• 2+ years leading multi-unit training initiatives
• Experience coaching managers and driving measurable operational improvements
• Knowledge of learning technologies, instructional design, and training methodologies
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically
