Training and Development MANGER

Role Description This part-time remote Training and Development Manager role at AFIR Construção e Engenharia, LDA focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs for employees across the organization. The manager will conduct training needs analyses, collaborate with leadership to define learning objectives, and translate business goals into targeted training initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating virtual training sessions, facilitating workshops, and monitoring participation and engagement. The role also involves assessing program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, recommending improvements, and ensuring all training content aligns with company standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Training & Development, with the ability to design and manage comprehensive learning programs.Hands-on experience in Training and Employee Training, including facilitating remote sessions and workshops.Expertise in Employee Learning & Development, focusing on continuous improvement and career growth initiatives.Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating digital training content, curricula, and learning resources.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a virtual environment.Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Comfort with remote collaboration tools and learning management systems (LMS).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in construction, engineering, or a technical industry is an advantage.
