Training and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).Ability to prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.Experience coordinating internal and external training programs and training providers.Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related reports.Experience maintaining training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of HRMS/LMS is preferred.Good command of English.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Experience in the construction/contracting industry is preferred.
