This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support client practices and internal team members. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing curriculum and learning materials, facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, and refining instructional content based on feedback and performance data. The Specialist collaborates with advisors, subject-matter experts, and operations teams to ensure training initiatives are aligned with Scheduling Institute’s methodologies and client outcomes. The role also involves tracking learner progress, maintaining training documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of training processes and resources.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience planning, delivering, and assessing learning initiatives.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present clearly, engage diverse audiences, and provide constructive feedback.Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills to create structured, outcome-focused learning materials and programs.Relevant experience in professional education, corporate training, or healthcare practice training is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.Proficiency with common training technologies and learning management systems is an advantage.
