Its success is driven by strong management, advanced production technology, and a continuous commitment to product quality and consumer health.Role Description The Training and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca. This role is responsible for identifying employee training needs, overseeing training programs, and elevating workforce efficiency across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing training requirements based on performance appraisals, updating training needs analysis forms, reviewing the annual training plan, and supervising the design and execution of training curricula. The Specialist will collaborate with department leaders and the manufacturing plant, manage internal and external training coordination, prepare training plans and budgets, and evaluate training effectiveness and institutional performance. The role also involves tracking employee enrollment, coordinating financial settlements, preparing operational statistics and reports, and promoting a continuous culture of learning and compliance within the facility.QualificationsCandidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in Human Resources or Public Administration with 2 years of relevant experience.Candidates should hold an accredited trainer certification or credential (Certified Trainer).Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience planning and delivering structured learning programs.Candidates should possess knowledge of modern methodologies in managing training operations, preparing plans, budgets, and operational schedules.Candidates should possess effective Communication and coordination skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills for designing and updating training modules and learning pathways.Candidates should possess strong computer skills and proficiency in using work-related software applications, presentation tools, and learning management systems (LMS).Candidates should possess professional proficiency in the English language.Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or water/food production environments is beneficial.Strong organizational, time-management, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, evaluate and develop performance, and adapt training approaches to different roles and levels.
