قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Description The Training and Placement Officer/Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves coordinating campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and employers, and supporting college recruiting initiatives relevant to entrepreneurship and small business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance learners’ soft skills and employability, preparing placement materials, and tracking outcomes of training and placement programs. The officer/manager will collaborate with editorial and academic partners, provide guidance to students and early-career professionals, and ensure alignment of training and placement activities with JSBED’s mission and standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills to manage employer relationships and placement processes.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage with students, employers, and academic partners.Candidates should possess Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate workshops and development programs.Relevant experience in higher education, career services, or talent development, preferably within business, entrepreneurship, or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and use digital tools for training, communication, and reporting.
