Job Title: DGM– Corporate Quality & Training Exp- 9+Location- Hyderabad, Bangalore, or ChennaiJob SummaryThe DGM – Corporate Quality will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to drivetraining programs in Lean Six Sigma, analytics, digital transformation, and relateddisciplines, with a strong passion for designing and delivering high-impact learninginterventions.Key Responsibilities1. Design and support structured, outcome-focused training programs aligned withorganizational performance goals.2. Modernize learning delivery by leveraging digital platforms, tools, and blendedlearning methods for scalable capability building.3. Ensure all initiatives incorporate practical, real-world applications to enableimmediate on-the-job impact.4. Support and partially lead initiatives to build organizational CI capability, embeddingstandard methodologies and best practices.5. Coach and mentor teams in continuous improvement and problem-solvingtechniques to drive execution discipline.6. Promote and enable data-driven decision-making to enhance operational excellenceacross functions.7. Apply strong AI and analytics acumen to enhance the organization’s CI DNA,enabling faster and predictive insights.8. Embed intelligence into problem identification, solution design, and controlmechanisms to drive sustainable and scalable improvements.Skills & Experience Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean, or OperationalExcellence frameworks Demonstrated experience in training design, facilitation, or capabilitydevelopment Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and digital tools applied to processimprovement Proven ability to coach teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsRequirements1. Education: Any Bachelor's or Master’s degree2. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years ina BPO environment3. Certifications: Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from a recognizedinstitution4. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power Bi).5. Good understanding of AI and leveraging it for day-day operations.
