قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجROLE OVERVIEWThe Training Coordinator is a behind-the-desk operations role within the Learning Experience team, reporting to the Head – Learning Experience and working closely with the Content Developer. This person is the engine room that keeps our large, multi-country learning programmes running flawlessly — owning project plans, logistics, scheduling, trackers, and coordination so that facilitators, clients, and learners always have a seamless experience.A typical programme might be a six-month intervention for 100 managers across 10 countries — three-day workshops followed by group coaching, peer learning circles, and LXP-based learning. The Training Coordinator orchestrates all the moving parts: building the project plan, blocking calendars, sending reminders and joining instructions, maintaining Excel trackers, and coordinating with the client's team to keep everything on scheduleThe core of this role: exceptional organisation, attention to detail, speed and efficiency, and the ability to juggle many moving parts at once without dropping a single thread. Client interaction is limited and operational; this is primarily a coordination and project-management role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Project Planning & Coordination• Build and maintain detailed project plans for multi-month, multi-country learning programmes, from kick-off to closure.• Track milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across workshops, coaching, peer learning circles, and LXP activities.• Anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early, and keep every workstream on schedule.• Maintain a single source of truth for programme status that the team and client can rely on.2. Scheduling & Calendar Management• Block and manage calendars for facilitators, coaches, participants, and client stakeholders across multiple time zones.• Schedule workshops, coaching sessions, and peer learning circles, resolving conflicts and time-zone complexities.• Set up virtual sessions (Zoom/Teams), generate joining links, and manage invites and rescheduling.3. Logistics & Operations• Coordinate all logistics for in-person and virtual programmes — venues, materials, participant lists, attendance, and pre-work.• Prepare and distribute participant communications: reminders, joining instructions, pre-work nudges, and follow-ups.• Ensure facilitators and coaches have everything they need, on time, for every session.• Manage programme documentation, records, and version control.4. Trackers, Reporting & Data• Build and maintain Excel trackers for attendance, progress, completion, feedback, and programme health.• Produce clear, accurate status updates and reports for the internal team and client.• Consolidate feedback and evaluation data and present it in a usable format.• Maintain meticulous, error-free records across all programmes.5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination• Coordinate operationally with the client's L&D/programme team on scheduling, nominations, logistics, and reminders.• Serve as a reliable, responsive operational point of contact for day-to-day programme running.• Keep internal and client stakeholders aligned and informed on timelines and next steps.6. Automation & Efficiency• Use automation, templates, and tools to streamline reminders, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.• Identify and implement ways to run programmes faster and more efficiently over time.• Support LXP administration — enrolments, reminders, progress tracking, and learner nudges.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Core Skills (Mandatory)• Outstanding attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.• Strong organisation, planning, and time-management skills.• Proven ability to multitask and manage many concurrent workstreams calmly.• Speed and efficiency — able to move fast without sacrificing quality.• Advanced Excel skills (trackers, formulas, formatting, data consolidation).• Confident calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones.• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.Technical & Tools• Proficiency in MS Office Suite — especially Excel; also Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.• Comfort with collaboration and scheduling tools (Teams, Zoom, calendars, shared drives).• Familiarity with, or quick ability to learn, Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) / LMS administration.• Ability to use automation and productivity tools (e.g. templates, mail-merge, scheduling automation, AI assistants) to work efficiently.Behavioural Competencies• High ownership and reliability — things get done, on time, without being chased.• Calm under pressure and comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.• Proactive and anticipatory — spots issues before they become problems.• Service mindset toward facilitators, clients, and learners.• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, training/L&D operations, programme management, or a similar coordination-heavy role (mandatory).• Demonstrated experience managing logistics and schedules for multiple concurrent projects or events.• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Excel trackers and project plans.• Experience coordinating across teams, stakeholders, and (ideally) time zones.• Exposure to L&D, training, consulting, or professional services environments (preferred).• Experience with LXP/LMS platforms and automation tools (preferred).QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory); qualifications in business, management, or HR are an advantage.• Certification or training in project management or coordination (e.g. project management fundamentals) is a plus, not a requirement.WHAT WE OFFER • A pivotal role at the heart of high-impact global leadership programmes.• A collaborative, fast-paced environment where great execution is genuinely valued.• Exposure to marquee global clients and world-class learning design and delivery.• Opportunities to learn new tools, automation, and learning technology.• Competitive compensation aligned with industry benchmarks, and room to grow.
