Training Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Academy and Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Academy. You will manage training activities, coordinate facilitators and trainees, and work closely with the Brand & Communications team to drive course visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate academy operations and ensure smooth training delivery • Manage the academy website and track trainee applications • Source and coordinate facilitators (scheduling, bookings, follow-ups) • Serve as the primary contact for trainees (from application to completion) • Collaborate with Brand & Communications to support course promotions • Maintain records and ensure compliance with training processes Requirements: • 2–5 years experience • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Key Skills:· Attention to detail· Multitasking and coordination· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms· Experience coordinating training programs or corporate events· Knowledge of the oil & gas or professional services sector is an added advantage (not compulsory)· Problem-solving mindset· Proactive and responsive approach, a fast learner. Success in This Role:· Efficient coordination of training programs· Timely communication with trainees and facilitators· Accurate tracking of applications and activities· Strong collaboration and process compliance What We Offer· Hands-on experience in building and managing an Academy· Career growth in Learning & Development· Supportive and structured environment· Competitive remuneration· Exposure to high-profile industry events and conferences How to Apply: Please fill the link below and attach your cv (https://forms.gle/XgzvP7Euzxqza2tv9)
