This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training programs that support Teradyne’s test and robotics solutions for internal teams and external customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analyses, creating instructional materials and technical documentation, and developing e-learning and classroom-based content. The Training Developer collaborates with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences. The role also involves delivering training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously refining content based on feedback and performance data.Qualifications Strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs.Proficiency in Instructional Design and Technical Writing to create clear, engaging, and structured training materials.Solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and optimize learning solutions.Experience with e-learning tools, learning management systems (LMS), and blended learning methodologies.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Background in technology, engineering, or semiconductor/robotics industries is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
