Training Development Supervisor – Mercedes-Benz & FUSO Commercial VehiclesJob locations: Jeddah and RiyadhPosition OverviewThe Training Development Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and monitoring technical and non-technical training programs to enhance employee capabilities and support business objectives. The role oversees the implementation of the annual training plan, manages learning records through the Learning Management System (LMS), and works closely with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and Mercedes-Benz training centers to ensure effective learning and compliance with manufacturer standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Planning & CoordinationCoordinate the annual and quarterly training plans based on business and operational needs.Organize technical, leadership, compliance, onboarding, customer service, and soft skills training programs.Coordinate training logistics, schedules, communications, and learning resources.Training Delivery & DevelopmentDeliver internal training sessions and support on-the-job training initiatives.Coordinate technical training for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Vans, Buses, FUSO, and driver training when required.Support training needs analysis, skills gap assessments, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).Training AdministrationAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS), including participant registration, training records, certifications, and compliance tracking.Prepare training schedules, reports, attendance records, and evaluation documentation.Stakeholder Management & Continuous ImprovementLiaise with department managers, workshop supervisors, Mercedes-Benz Training Center Dubai, Daimler Global Training, EvoBus, and external training providers.Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, recommending improvements to learning programs and processes.Technical SkillsLearning & Development coordination.Learning Management System (LMS) administration.Training planning, scheduling, and reporting.Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency tracking.Presentation and facilitation skills.Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of automotive technical training is preferred.Core CompetenciesPlanning and organization.Communication and stakeholder management.Coaching and facilitation.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Time management and attention to detail.Teamwork and continuous improvement.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Technical Training.Experience coordinating technical and behavioral training programs.Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).Knowledge of adult learning principles and training administration.Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is preferred.Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
