JD - Training Lead / CoordinatorRole SummaryThe Training Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and administration of technical and application training programs across the Middle East. The role ensures training is delivered in line with contractual commitments, client requirements, and budget, while maintaining accurate records, smooth logistics, and strong stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute technical and application training programs, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client requirements.Manage end-to-end training logistics — scheduling, venue/center coordination, trainee communication, and travel & accommodation arrangements.Liaise with account managers, finance, and cash collection teams to track training budgets, invoice settlements, and delivery notes.Maintain accurate training records and generate monthly performance reports and data-driven insights for sales, accounts, and collection teams.Coordinate with customers and training centers to align availability and secure required departmental approvals.Support vendor and supplier coordination, including basic contract and pricing follow-up.Gather participant and trainer feedback to support continuous improvement of program delivery.Ensure high accuracy and low error rates across all training documentation and reporting.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or administrative support (healthcare/technical environment preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.Basic accounting/finance awareness (budget tracking, invoicing, delivery notes).Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.Preferred (If and when applicable)Prior experience supporting A Healthcare group or similar medical/technical training programs.Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.
