Training Manager – Auditor Enablement & Quality Standards

GDI operates across 108 countries and serves over 100 luxury hospitality brands.The RoleGDI is seeking a Training Manager from a hospitality background to prepare and support its global network of auditors. You will train auditors before they undertake any audit, resolve their queries, and create the guidelines that auditors follow to conduct audits and that reviewers follow to review audit reports. As our auditors are based in different time zones around the world, this is a remote role that requires availability at any time.Key Responsibilities

• Train auditors before they undertake any audit
• Resolve auditors’ queries, across time zones
• Create guidelines for auditors to conduct audits
• Create guidelines for reviewers to review audit reports
• Maintain and update training material and training records
• Assess the readiness of auditors
• Conduct refresher trainings
• Track report-quality trendsMandatory Requirements
• A hospitality background: a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotels, in front-of-house departments such as Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping or Quality
• A thorough, first-hand understanding of how hotels operate
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Willingness and ability to work at any time, across global time zones, with no fixed working hoursPreferred
• A hospitality background in Quality and/or Learning & Development
• Experience in luxury hotels
• A hotel management degree or diploma (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Arabic and/or Spanish (an advantage)Working Arrangement
• Remote (work from home); candidates from any country may apply
• Full-time position
• No fixed working hours; you will coordinate directly with auditors and schedule training calls in agreement with them
