Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & Program DesignDesign, update, and quality-assure training curricula across cyber defense, offensive security (VAPT), GRC, data privacy, and related domainsTranslate emerging threats, regulatory changes, and industry certifications into relevant, market-ready course contentDevelop blended learning formats — instructor-led sessions, webinars, workshops, and enterprise awareness programsCommercial & Business DevelopmentOwn revenue targets for the Centre for Continuous Education, treating it as a profit-driving business unitIdentify, pitch, and close corporate training contracts, retainer partnerships, and bespoke enterprise programsBuild and manage a pipeline of B2B clients across banking, telecom, government, and other regulated sectorsDevelop pricing models, proposals, and partnership agreements in collaboration with the Corporate Sales & Partnerships teamDelivery & Trainer ManagementRecruit, onboard, and manage a pool of industry-certified trainers and subject-matter expertsEnsure consistent quality of delivery across all training engagements, webinars, and certification programsMonitor participant feedback, certification pass rates, and client satisfaction, and act on insightsPartnerships & OutreachBuild strategic partnerships with training bodies, certification vendors, academic institutions, and industry associationsLead CSR-linked education initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity awareness for underserved communities, student outreach programs)Represent Infoassure at industry events, panels, and webinars as a thought leader in cybersecurity capacity buildingOperations & ReportingManage the end-to-end training calendar, logistics, and resourcingTrack and report on KPIs: revenue, enrollment numbers, client retention, and program profitabilityMaintain training records, certification tracking, and compliance with relevant accreditation bodiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Education, or a related field5–7+ years of experience in technical IT training, corporate learning & development, or training-focused B2B consultingDemonstrated experience designing and delivering cybersecurity, IT, or technical training programsProven track record of managing commercial relationships, hitting revenue targets, or running a training/education P&LStrong working knowledge of core cybersecurity domains (cyber defense, VAPT, GRC, data privacy)Experience managing trainers, facilitators, or subject-matter expertsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and client-facing communication skillsPreferred QualificationsIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalentExperience with certification bodies (EC-Council, ISACA, (ISC)², PECB, etc.) or accredited training partnershipsPrior experience in a consultancy, training academy, or professional services environmentExposure to African regulatory and business environments across multiple sectorsMaster's degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field (an advantage, not a requirement)Key CompetenciesCommercial mindset with a strong bias toward revenue generation and business growthStrategic thinker who can also execute operational detailConfident stakeholder management — from trainers to enterprise clients to internal leadershipHigh ownership and accountability for a standalone business unitStrong organizational and multitasking skills across concurrent training programsWhat Infoassure OffersThe opportunity to build and scale a flagship training business within a growing pan-African cybersecurity consultancyAccess to a network of subject-matter experts, enterprise clients, and industry partnershipsA performance-driven environment with room for professional growthCompetitive compensation aligned with experienceHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining relevant training and commercial experience to recruitment@infoassureltd.com with the subject line "Training Manager – Centre for Continuous Education."You can also apply on our website infoassureltd.comApplication Deadline: 2nd September, 2026
