This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to brand standards across all locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, organizing onboarding and refresher training sessions, and delivering workshops on customer service, food safety, and operational procedures. The Training Manager will monitor performance metrics, evaluate training effectiveness, and collaborate closely with restaurant managers and HR to address skill gaps and support career development. The role also includes maintaining training documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Qualifications Experience in training design and delivery, including creating training manuals, presentations, and practical exercises for hospitality or food & beverage environments.Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and provide constructive feedback.Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service best practices, and food safety and hygiene standards; prior experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage.Ability to analyze performance data, identify training needs, and implement improvement plans across multiple locations.Proficiency in organizing schedules, managing multiple training projects, and maintaining accurate training records.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
