We strive to bring a smile on all our patrons with our food and hospitality.Role SummaryThe Training Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing training programs across restaurant outlets to improve employee skills, operational standards, service quality, food safety, and overall customer experience.The role will work closely with the Operations to identify training needs, conduct regular training sessions, monitor effectiveness, and ensure consistent implementation of SOPs across all outlets.Core Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement training programs for FOH & BOH teams across multiple outlets.2.Conduct training for new employees.3.Design and deliver training on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, customer service, product knowledge, and restaurant operations.4.Identify training gaps through outlet visits, performance evaluations, audits, and employee feedback.5.Conduct regular refresher and skill-based training for existing employees.6.Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams to improve employee performance.7.Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, presentations, checklists, and training materials.8.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance tracking.9.Track and maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and employee development plans.10.Support the development of career progression and skill development programs for restaurant employees.11.Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for Restaurant Managers and senior team members.12.Ensure training standards are consistently implemented across all outlets.13.Analyse training-related KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.Key Qualifications & Skills 8–9 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably within the restaurant/QSR/hospitality industry.Strong understanding of restaurant operations and SOPs.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage and train employees at different levels.Comfortable travelling across multiple restaurant outlets.Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and training documentation.A proactive, hands-on approach with strong execution skills.How to Apply: Please submit your resume at hr@jimisburger.in
