Team members join a dynamic environment that connects retail, digital platforms, and professional beauty advisory services.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESTraining sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product assortmentProviding post-training support and follow-up for employeesConducting assessment activitiesSupporting mentors and new employees during the onboarding periodPreparing reports on training results and staff evaluation outcomesPlanning employees’ career and professional developmentMethodological work – development and adaptation of training materialsOrganizing training sessions and assessment eventsREQUIREMENTSEducationUniversity degreeAdvanced training courses in Learning & DevelopmentWork ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Specialist)Experience in perfumery & cosmetics retail, beauty, or fashion industry (Mandatory)Knowledge of the GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantageProfessional CompetenciesStrong communication skillsAbility to design and adapt training programsAbility to conduct trainings and presentations at a high standardAnalytical skills for evaluating training effectivenessKnowledge of modern adult learning and development methodologies (e.g., gamification, coaching, mentoring)Language SkillsFluent English (spoken and written)Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantagePersonal QualitiesInitiative and proactive work approachFlexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing conditionsHigh emotional intelligenceStrong intercultural communication skills and respect for cultural differencesAdditional QualificationsAbility to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility to visit stores across the region as neededUAE driving license and own carCompensationSalary: AED 10000 + Bonus up to AED 5000 based on KPI
