Candidates can explore the brand and its offerings at royaloakindia.com or visit one of the many showrooms nationwide.Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for store and corporate employees. This role includes conducting needs assessments, creating training content and materials, and delivering engaging training sessions in classroom and on-the-floor settings. The Training Manager will coordinate training schedules, track participation and performance, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators. The role involves collaborating closely with HR, store operations, and leadership to align training initiatives with business goals, support new store openings, and ensure consistent service and product knowledge standards across locations. The Training Manager is also expected to maintain training documentation, manage learning resources, and continuously refine programs based on industry best practices and organizational priorities.QualificationsStrong training design and delivery skills, including experience in developing curricula, training materials, and structured learning paths.Proficiency in facilitation and coaching, with the ability to engage diverse groups, encourage participation, and adapt training style to different audiences.Experience in performance evaluation and feedback, including assessing learning outcomes, identifying skill gaps, and recommending targeted interventions.Competence with basic instructional technology and tools (e.g., presentation software, learning management systems, online training platforms).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple training programs, locations, and schedules.Prior experience in retail, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree, relevant training or L&D certifications are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to stores as required for training and support.
