Our client, a financial services firm, seeks an experienced Training Manager to support the professional development and ongoing success of financial representatives during their first several years with the organization. This role will coordinate and deliver training programs, provide coaching and guidance, and partner closely with leadership to support individual and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport candidates as they complete training requirements associated with the contracting and onboarding process.Coordinate and facilitate new representative training programs, including scheduling facilitators, preparing training materials, tracking results, troubleshooting issues, and following up with participants.Maintain and implement the annual training calendar and communicate upcoming programs and activities to leadership, facilitators, and support staff.Coordinate and facilitate a variety of training and development programs for financial representatives, including preparing speakers, assigning and monitoring pre-work, overseeing scheduled sessions, and facilitating training as needed.Provide ongoing guidance to representatives regarding their individual learning and development paths.Partner with leadership and mentors to monitor representative progress, productivity goals, and overall performance.Communicate continuing education opportunities and support representatives in completing development programs and achieving milestones.Collaborate with managers and other team members to share best practices, improve training processes, and address training and development needs.Conduct activity coaching sessions with financial representatives during their first three years.Participate in professional development opportunities and training initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience developing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs.Financial services experience or knowledge of insurance and investment products preferred.Experience with instructional design and strong presentation/facilitation skills.Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to obtain a Life, Accident & Health License within 180 days of employment.This position is on-site 5 days a week.Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
