Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Training Manager will design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales, marketing, and field teams, ensuring product knowledge, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, preparing training materials and modules, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, updating training content based on new product launches and market developments, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The Training Manager will also support continuous learning initiatives, coach team members, and contribute to a culture of professional development and high-quality customer engagement.Qualifications Strong training and facilitation skills, including experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.Skills in curriculum development, content creation, and instructional design tailored to pharmaceutical or healthcare audiences.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance data, and implement improvement plans.Proficiency with basic digital tools and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for training material development and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Prior experience in training, sales training, or learning and development in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training schedules and projects.Commitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional growth.
