This part-time, fully remote position is ideal for an experienced learning professional who can understand organizational needs, coordinate trainers and stakeholders, and develop programs that improve knowledge, performance, and professional capabilities.The successful candidate will help create a consistent learning experience while ensuring training activities remain relevant, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and coordinate training plans aligned with organizational objectives and workforce needs.Identify learning gaps through performance information, feedback, and stakeholder discussions.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development activities.Work with subject-matter experts and trainers to develop practical learning content.Manage training schedules, attendance, materials, communications, and supporting documentation.Monitor participation, completion, feedback, and training effectiveness.Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements to future programs.Support managers in identifying development priorities for their teams.Maintain accurate training records, reports, budgets, and program documentation.Lead assigned learning initiatives and collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure successful delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, HR, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of adult learning, training coordination, and employee development principles.Experience designing or supporting structured training programs and learning initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.Familiarity with learning management systems, virtual training platforms, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.Ability to evaluate training feedback and translate insights into practical improvements.Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with a collaborative approach.Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing training activities independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours within a fully remote working environment.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to lead meaningful learning and professional development initiatives.Exposure to international teams, diverse functions, and modern digital learning environments.Professional growth opportunities in training, leadership, and organizational development.A collaborative culture that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
