The team focuses on delivering a wide variety of flavors and combinations to appeal to different tastes and preferences.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to develop our employees skills, knowledge and attitudes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify employee training and development needs through assessments and performance reviews. Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.

• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements where needed.Coordinate with department heads and management to establish training priorities.Monitor employee participation, progress, and training outcomes. Coach and support trainers to maintain consistent training standards. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in HR, Business administration Food and Beverage Industry (Fast Food Chain) Previous experience in designing and implementing training programs, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
