Combining breathtaking views, elevated hospitality, entertainment and exceptional service, AURA provides a distinctive setting for unforgettable experiences and high-profile events.About the RoleAs Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance our team’s skills, service standards, product knowledge, and overall performance. You will work closely with operational leaders to identify training needs, develop tailored learning solutions, and ensure that our colleagues consistently deliver the high standards of service expected at AURA Skypool Dubai.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the overall learning, development and training culture within AURA Skypool, ensuring continuous development remains embedded within the operation.Manage the complete new joiner onboarding and induction journey, including personalised induction and training plans by role and department.Support new colleagues throughout their onboarding period to ensure they integrate successfully into the team, understand the AURA culture and standards, and are equipped to perform confidently in their roles.Coordinate the annual and monthly training calendar across Front of House and Heart of House, working closely with departmental managers to identify priorities and development needs.Deliver and facilitate internal training sessions covering AURA brand standards, guest experience, service excellence, product knowledge and operational standards.Maintain complete and accurate training records and compliance documentation, ensuring all mandatory company, operational and regulatory training requirements remain current.Coordinate all food and beverage product training, including menu knowledge, food tastings, beverage tastings, allergens, product launches and ongoing knowledge assessments in partnership with Culinary and F&B leadership.Work with department heads to identify individual and team performance gaps and develop targeted coaching, refresher training and development initiatives.Support the development of supervisors and emerging leaders, helping create an internal talent pipeline and opportunities for career progression.Monitor the effectiveness of training through observations, assessments, colleague feedback and operational performance, adapting training where required.Act as the custodian of AURA service culture and brand standards, helping ensure consistency in how the brand is represented by colleagues across every guest touchpoint.Participate as an active member of the venue management team, providing a training, colleague development and culture perspective when operational or strategic decisions are made.Support employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives designed to strengthen retention, motivation and colleague experience.Provide administrative and organisational support to the AURA management office where required, particularly around training documentation, communication, coordination and team initiatives.Support major new experiences, activations and product launches by developing and coordinating the required colleague training before launch.Proposed expanded scope: evolve the position into an AURA Brand Training Manager, responsible for establishing consistent AURA training standards, materials and service culture that can be implemented across AURA Skypool and future AURA venues/products.Support the opening, mobilisation and ongoing development of other AURA locations, including training plans, pre-opening inductions, train-the-trainer programmes and periodic brand-standard reviews.Create a centralised AURA Training Library and Brand Academy framework, allowing best practice, training content and operational knowledge developed in Dubai to be consistently transferred across the wider AURA brand.Qualifications4–5 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development, preferably within luxury hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle.Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.Proven experience delivering engaging training and development programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.Passionate about people development and creating exceptional guest experiences.Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
