The ideal candidate should have strong managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive employee learning and development in a retail environment.

Location: BengaluruEducational Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Retail industry experience is preferred.Language Requirements: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
