Training Manager

NYC, 50% Travel SummaryThe Training Manager designs, develops, and delivers in-person and virtual training programs that strengthen associate performance and organizational capability. Working closely with the Training Department and department leaders, this role keeps training content aligned with current company policies and procedures while driving engagement, retention, and effectiveness.What You'll DoDesign, execute, and manage training initiatives, including onboarding, e-learning, and instructor-led programsFacilitate in-person and virtual classes, seminars, onboarding, and working sessionsConfer with department leaders to understand training needs driven by changes in policies, procedures, technologies, and regulationsDevelop and maintain handouts, instructional materials, and manuals, and serve as a subject matter expert for operational company processesAssess training impact through feedback and performance data, then recommend and implement improvementsTrack and report on training outcomes, maintain training records, and complete administrative tasks by internal deadlinesManage logistics, time, budget, and resources for successful training deliveryFoster an environment conducive to learning and retention, and support standards for Core Training locationsWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or operations with a strong training componentProven experience facilitating virtual and in-person training, and designing or maintaining instructional content, materials, or e-learning toolsFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tracking toolsStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high integrity and demonstrated leadershipProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft TeamsPreferred: experience developing and facilitating training in a corporate or hospitality environmentAbility to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time; extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required to support business needsWhat You'll GetOur people are the reason guests keep coming back.
