TRAINING MANAGERHouse of Fruitas | Fruitas Holdings Inc.ABOUT HOUSE OF FRUITASHouse of Fruitas is a proudly Filipino food and beverage company with a growing portfolio of brands and nationwide operations across kiosks, restaurants, commissaries, and corporate functions.THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Training Manager to lead a team of approximately 15 trainers and drive learning and capability-building across the organization.This role requires a training leader who understands F&B and restaurant operations firsthand—someone equally effective in leading a training team, facilitating classroom sessions, and coaching employees on the store floor.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach, and drive the performance of a 15-member training teamDesign and deliver high-quality training programs for restaurant operations, kiosk/store operations, corporate functions, technical skills, and soft skillsPersonally conduct classroom, in-store, and on-the-job trainingDevelop professional training materials, modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and digital learning contentManage and maximize the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor training completion and effectivenessPartner with Operations and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical training solutionsUse Canva and other digital tools to create engaging, professional learning materialsEnsure training translates into measurable improvements in knowledge, skills, service, and operational performanceQUALIFICATIONSProven training leadership experience in the Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant industryStrong experience in both classroom and in-store operational trainingDemonstrated experience managing a large training team, ideally around 15 trainersStrong capability in training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and training evaluationProven experience developing training for restaurant, kiosk/store, corporate, technical, and soft-skill competenciesProficient in LMS platforms and CanvaExcellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skillsTrustworthy, hardworking, hands-on, highly accountable, and results-drivenStrong start-up mindset — takes ownership, moves with urgency, adapts quickly, finds practical solutions with available resources, and is willing to personally execute when neededPlease read the qualifications carefully before applying.
