Job DescriptionAs a Training Manager, you will be responsible for building and continuously improving the learning and development system for Fore Donut. You will ensure our teams have the right skills, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver consistent product quality and excellent store operations across all outlets.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement training programs covering bakery production, store operations, service excellence, and leadership development.Build training curriculum, modules, certification programs, and learning pathways aligned with business needs.Oversee and develop Bakery and Field Trainers, ensuring effective training delivery and trainer performance.Drive training for new store openings, product launches, and operational initiatives.Conduct capability gap analysis and develop training roadmaps based on operational needs.Ensure training standards are consistently applied across stores and support product & operational consistency.Collaborate closely with Operations, Product Development, QA/Food Safety, Marketing, and HC to identify and address capability needs.Develop training effectiveness metrics and continuously improve learning programs.Act as a culture builder and guardian of Fore Donut’s values: Handcrafted, Humble, and Honest.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Training/L&D, preferably within F&B, QSR, retail, bakery, or hospitality.Strong experience in training design, curriculum development, facilitation, and capability development.Experience in at least two of the following areas: L&D/Training, Store Operations, Bakery/Food Production, or New Store Opening.Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, store operations, and basic production processes.Experience in trainer development, coaching, and performance feedback.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Experience building a training academy, certification system, or learning framework is a strong advantage.LMS experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.Strategic and structured thinker who is also hands-on and connected to store operations.Positive, curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing people.Educational background in Hospitality, Culinary/Bakery, Business, L&D, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be highly considered.
