Training Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:Develop and execute the annual training calendar.Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires covering selling methodologies and brand values.Lead engaging product launch sessions featuring high-quality training materials and inspiring setups.Deliver end-to-end product training for all relevant team members.Evaluate training program effectiveness, track progress, and identify ongoing development needs utilizing standardized checklists and trainer guides.Adapt and implement training directives by creating and maintaining learning materials.Compile and submit accurate training reports requested by management.Maintain regular communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and sales coaching within the FMCG industry.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams.Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
