The final work location will be determined during the recruitment process.DESCRIPTION AND AIMMEA Training Manager is a role who helps & supports business in the region by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs also covering all global mandatory trainings. The role identifies and monitors the needs in the region aligning with Business Leaders, designs, plans and implements training programs, policies and procedure to fulfill those needs and enhance the effectiveness of the employees. This role is also responsible for coordinating and consolidation of all training data related to all functions and areas including Medical, HR, Compliance, etc., with the exclusion of the technical training needs in the “GXP” areas. The role is managing the Learning Management System (M-Learning) in collaboration with the person appointed as Competence Center in the Region.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPEExecution of Training ProgramsTake an active role in the management and coordination of the Initial Training period of the newly recruited Medical Representatives (Menarini employees & partners across MEA region).Responsible for coordinating with all the related departments (like Marketing, Medical, HR, Compliance, etc..) to ensure the timing allocation in the agenda, the relevant training content availability, and the preparation of training classes including registering and archiving the documentation of all the available training evidence.Take an active role in the management and coordination of the delivery of soft skills training and/or related training programmes. Responsible for keeping training modules and materials up-to-date and ready for use.Manage, monitor and report the mandatory certification processes and programmes.Organize any customized training programs requested by BAMs/Country Managers to upskill the employees in scope of development plans aligned with HR. Work collaboratively with the FF Leadership and HR teams for developing employees based on needs.Collaboration with MEA Business Partners (i.e.: BAMs, CMs, NSMs, etc.) in understanding their objectives, providing development solutions and training plans. Managing all the necessary activities for the execution of what is included in the plans.Identifying the Regional Training Needs and conducting a GAP analysis (whenever possible) for further development and continuous improvement.Designing and executing the annual training plan for MEA region agreed in advance with Regional Head - MEA.Adopt and deploy the most recent and updated trends (i.e.: Multichannel, A.I., etc..) in Learning and Development to be in line with the most effective training techniques.Develop KPIs to evaluate, monitor and assess the success and impact on business of the training tools.Managing the Regional Training budget and resources, as previously agreed and aligned with MEA Regional Head.Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.Disseminate Company Values, Vision and Mission through all training and development activities.Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.Resolve specific problems and tailor specific training programs as necessary.Field VisitMake field visits and coach the Medical Representatives before and after the field visit based on needs preagreed and aligned with BAMs.With the help of field visit reports and the appraisal forms, determine the training needs of the FFPrepare reports to inform Area Manager and National Sales Manager and BAMs about field visits. Participate in the planning, development and implementation of upskilling trainings for the FF. Annual field visit plans are agreed in advance with the BAMs and Regional Head – MEA approvalLearning Management Systems (LMS)Take an active role to coordinate mandatory and necessary training activities for MEA region using the company e-learning platform and ensuring enrollment of participants, making training announcements, monitoring the completion progress of enrolled colleagues and update all the relevant stakeholders about final reports from the platformAccountable for completing related mandatory training programs on time.Responsible for ensuring the complete and timely tracking of all the training activities in m-Learning.Ensure timely communication to all the relevant stakeholders (including HR and Regional Head -MEA) regarding all situations in which a remediation plan is needed (i.e. with laggards).DocumentationTake an active part in monitoring the training and developing the training programs, evaluating the training results and measuring the effectiveness of the programs.Archiving training records and documents and keeping training records on related systems to be compliant with local and global regulations.Conducting participant satisfaction surveys after the trainingsPreparing and sharing the training reports received from the e-learning training platform or other electronic systems with the relevant departments.Responsible for annual training plans and report, according to the provisions included in the Global Procedure for Training Activities (HRM12).Company Procedure & Compliance:Ensure that all educational activities comply with company policies, guidelines, SOPs, ICH and ethical standards and local legislation,Ensure all medical and product information are provided in compliance with Global SOPs and local regulatory requirements and that all data used in the provision of medical education are previously authorised by Medical Department relevant people and meet the needs of internal and external customers,In charge of proofreading the marketing training material content and approving marketing training activities for all the channels that we use for engaging with our internal audience in coherence with the Medical Governance, Oversight and Review unit,Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Menarini.Maintaining, backing up and archiving (or ensuring that they are made) all records under her/his responsibility as determined and destroying the records under his/her responsibility as determined when the retention period expires.Identifies and contributes to areas of best practice and process improvement.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation Level: Bachelor’s Degree Education Faculty / Department: Medicine, Pharmacy, Social Science or equivalent degreeWork Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Training or Learning & Development within a multinational pharmaceutical company, including at least 3 years of experience as a Training Manager.Technical Knowledge: Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.) Proficiency in Training policy practices, documentation and implementation. Deep understanding of training policies and regulations. Advanced user of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools and related business and communication tools.Foreign Language: fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, French would be a plus.COMPETENCIES & SKILLSStrategic and creative mindsetExcellent organizational, project and time management skillsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniquesTrack record in developing and executing successful training programs.Competent in leadership, feedback, coaching and training skillsAbility to effectively lead and work closely with cross-functional teams.
