(It can be extended).Assess Training needs across retail store formats Design and develop content and deliver training programs for Sales and service teamDevelop content on products and services in alignment with the respective buying team as well as other departments.Coordinate for onboarding program of new employeesEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.Maintain training records in accordance with the compliance requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies and best practices.Create performance ladder system across various levels in the retail stores.Develop programs for developing talent pipeline in alignment with the HR policies.Developing training programs for store teams/regional teams and support staff.Develop LMS modules to take care of increasing scale of business.Note: Willingness to travel extensively across the territory as per the travel plans.Kindly Acknowledge the email with your updated CV and Portfolio.Please Also mention:Current CTC -Expected CTC -Notice Period -Regards,Priyanka M
