Role - Training Manager / Trainer - Emarati Talent. Location - Dubai,U.A.E.Candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, planning and delivering training programs, developing employees’ knowledge and skills, and evaluating training effectiveness to improve employee performance, service quality, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesA. Training Planning and DevelopmentIdentify training needs based on employee performance, operational requirements, and skills gaps.Prepare annual training plans, monthly training calendars, and training schedules.Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and standard operating procedure (SOP) guides.Monitors training KPIs and overall effectiveness.Reports training performance to senior management.Design training programs based on departmental and organizational objectives.B. Training DeliveryConduct training, practical demonstrations, workshops, and on-the-job training.Deliver orientation and induction training for new employees.Train employees on company policies, procedures, products, services, and operational standards.Delivers training sessions and practical instruction.Manages training budgets, schedules, and resources.Prepares training materials and learning activities.C. Employee Performance and DevelopmentAssess employee knowledge, skills, and competency before and after training.Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective training.Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.Monitor the practical application of training in the workplace.D. Training Evaluation and ReportingConduct written tests, practical assessments, and competency evaluations.Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate training attendance records and employee training files.Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports for management.Track training completion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure employees maintain the required certifications and competencies for their roles.Please note this is an Emaratized role -Candidate must have a UAEpassport& a Family~book.
