Training Specialist - AI & Prompt Engineering

Transfotech Academy Bangladesh, a concern of Shera International Group, trains professionals to integrate AI into daily work, not to understand abstract theory. Learners cut 5-10 hours of routine work per week, automate at least one business process, and graduate with portfolios of real workflows. Classes run evenings and weekends, so you keep your current role.Responsibilities

• Deliver 24 live classes: Part 1 (prompt engineering, LLM fundamentals, real-world applications) and Part 2 (Claude Cowork, agentic workflows, business automation).
• Teach prompt engineering—the five components, few-shot prompting, Chain of Thought, output control—with practical exercises in writing, research, and data work.
• Train learners to delegate multi-step office tasks to Claude Cowork: research synthesis, document/report generation, spreadsheet analysis, PowerPoint creation, email automation.
• Teach AI safety and verification: hallucination, bias, data privacy, verification checklists. Learners must know when and when NOT to use AI.
• Design and run live demonstrations, hands-on labs, and real-world exercises using ChatGPT, Claude, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Drive connectors.
• Build and maintain Google Sheets/Excel templates and Claude Projects that learners can reuse and adapt for their own roles.
• Teach how LLMs work: tokens, context windows, training data, knowledge cutoff—and why these limits matter for real workflow design.
• Guide learners through the AI tool landscape: when to use ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini vs Perplexity, free vs paid tiers, and setting up accounts.
• Mentor learners through capstone projects: automating one full business process in their job, measuring time saved, presenting results.
• Teach building reusable skills: When and how to build a skill vs. repeating a prompt, storing team standards and brand voice inside skills.
• Set formative and summative assessments; maintain 70% minimum student satisfaction. Grade weekly assignments and capstone projects.Requirements
• 2+ years professional or training experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) in real workflows.
• Hands-on expertise: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Drive, and ideally Claude Cowork or Claude in Chrome.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, LLM behavior (tokens, context windows, hallucination), and verification techniques.
• Built and documented at least one workflow or automation using AI that saved time or improved a business process.
• Teaching fluency in both English and Bangla. You can explain prompt engineering and agentic workflows to HR, marketers, and operations staff who have never used AI.
• Ability to conduct live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and capstone reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.Tools
