Training Specialist - (Arabic Speaking)

Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering discipline with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.Lead and enhance employee development initiatives, with a strong focus on Competency-Based Training (CBT) for UAE Nationals and supporting the company’s Emiratisation objectives.Strong expertise in training program development, implementation, and evaluationKnowledge of Emiratisation strategies and competency-based training frameworksExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration abilitiesAssess training needs and identify employee skill gapsDevelop and implement industry-aligned training programsLead workshops, seminars, and hands-on trainingManage and oversee the CBT Program for UAE NationalsSupport strategic Emiratisation initiativesManage training budgets, expenditures, and resource allocationTrack employee training progress and certificationsGood communication skills in English & ArabicSalary :AED 14,000 + Family Accommodation
