About the RoleWe are seeking a Process Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our operations team. This dynamic role also involves supporting the Head of Department (HOD) in managing key initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop tailored training programs for various roles within the operations department, focusing on operational processes, tools, and systems.Create high-quality training materials, including manuals and presentations.Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing development for existing employees.Facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions to ensure practical understanding and application.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, providing regular progress reports to management.Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and skill gaps.Act as a subject matter expert on operational processes, offering continuous support and guidance to team members.Ensure all training materials align with company policies and industry standards.Assist the HOD with project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a related field.2-3 years of experience in operations or training roles.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in creating training content and delivering engaging sessions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
