This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for internal teams and client-facing groups, ensuring consistency in knowledge and performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, creating instructional materials, and updating content based on product or process changes. The Training Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, maintain training schedules, and track participant progress and feedback. The role also involves supporting customer-facing teams through training on communication, customer service standards, and best practices, while contributing to continuous improvement of training methods and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal capabilities.Candidates should possess Training, Training & Development skills for planning, delivering, and evaluating effective training sessions.Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills for creating structured, engaging, and outcome-focused training content.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to train teams on service quality, empathy, and issue resolution techniques.Relevant experience in corporate training, learning and development, or similar roles in a technology or services environment.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple training programs, and adapt to evolving business and product needs.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; professional training certifications are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, proficiency with training tools or learning management systems, and a data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
