This is a high-energy, high-growth environment where every team member makes a real and visible impact on our customers and our mission.POSITION SUMMARYThe Training Specialist supports Inspected’s fast-growing Private Provider operation by building and delivering training — to new contractor clients learning our platform, and to internal teams who need to operate it accurately and compliantly. This role also maintains compliance documentation and helps ensure regulatory standards are met across every jurisdiction Inspected serves.The right person is someone who can take a process that lives in someone’s head and turn it into a training session, a written guide, and a repeatable habit — for a brand-new contractor client and a brand-new Permit Coordinator alike.WHAT YOU’LL DOCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Contractor & Client TrainingDevelop and deliver onboarding training for new contractor clients, covering how to submit requests, use Permit Hub, and work with Inspected’s virtual inspection processBuild clear, repeatable training materials — guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs — that reduce the number of basic questions new clients need to ask supportHost live or virtual training sessions for new contractor accounts and answer platform and process questions in real timeGather feedback from new clients during onboarding and flag recurring confusion points to the Compliance Lead for process or material updatesInternal Team Training & EnablementTrain internal positions — including Permit Coordinators, Customer Support Specialists, and other operational roles — on compliance processes, platform tools, and standard operating proceduresBuild and maintain internal training materials and onboarding checklists so new hires ramp consistently regardless of who trains themPartner with department leads to identify training gaps as roles, tools, or jurisdictions change, and build refresher training accordinglySupport new-hire onboarding sessions covering compliance basics, documentation standards, and platform navigationCompliance Documentation & ReportingMaintain and manage compliance documentation, ensuring Private Provider records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organizedCollaborate with internal teams to track adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across active jurisdictionsPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required, using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Use HubSpot CRM to track training communications, follow-ups, and client relationshipsScheduling & CoordinationManage scheduling for training sessions, onboarding calls, and compliance audits across multiple stakeholdersProvide strong written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and precision in all compliance-related materials and correspondenceManage multiple training projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced start-up environmentWHAT YOU BRINGTo perform this job successfully, the individual must meet the following qualifications.
