Drive product adoption, deliver impactful training, and become the face of customer enablement.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct online & offline training for dealers and customers.Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting.Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations.Provide post-training support and resolve product queries.Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs.Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales.Track training completion and adoption metrics.Improve training experience based on feedback.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExcellent communication and presentation skills.Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting.Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive Pay.Exposure to enterprise clients across multiple industries.Direct mentorship from Product & Customer Success teams.A fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
